Portland cassette label Antiquated Future releases compilation ‘The First Seven Years’

Portland, Oregon’s Antiquated Future isn’t just another DIY cassette label, it’s also a zine distributor and impressively extensive web store with  chapbooks, postcards, shirts, patches and more.  As a record label, they focus on off-kilter indie pop, psych rock, and folk, releasing such gems as Indira Valey’s No Me Tengas Miedo and Guidon Bear’s Downwardly Mobile: Steel Accelerator.

Check out the 19-track compilation, featuring these artists plus Antumbra Pull, Tucker Theodore, Midwife, Reighnbeau, and more.  Cassettes limited to 100 copies, grab one here.
